Financial Four Contest

Scholarships & Financial Aid will be holding a drawing at the end of June 2020 to award $1,000 scholarships to 10 students. Students will have four different steps to complete. The students that participate will get an entry into a scholarship drawing for every step completed. Students will only receive one entry per step, for a maximum of four entries. 

There is no application or entry form for this drawing. You will receive an email after the deadline of each step to notify you of your entry in the scholarship drawing. The scholarship will be awarded to the 2020-2021 school year for the students who receive it. 

Eligibility
  • You must be a current undergraduate student
  • You must be a degree seeking student
  • You must be enrolled full time at Texas A&M University-College Station
  • You must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress
How to Enter

Submit financial aid application (FAFSA or TASFA) by January 15, 2020.

  • You can only submit either the FAFSA or the TASFA, not both.
  • You can still turn in your financial aid application after the deadline; however it, will not count as an entry for the scholarship if it is submitted after January 15.

Submit the University Scholarship Application by February 1, 2020. Application status must say "Complete".


Submit all Financial Aid Portal requirements by June 1, 2020.

  • Make sure there are no red circles with an x on the incomplete requirements box.
 
Example of Complete Requirements: 
Under incomplete requirements there is a message that says “There are no incomplete requirements at this
time. Please check back often during our awarding period as this may change.”.


Example of Incomplete Requirements: 
There is a red circle with a white x on it under the incomplete requirements section listing what is missing.


 

Meet with the Money Education Center before June 1, 2020 by attending a workshop or scheduling an appointment.

  • Attend a workshop or set up an appointment
  • Make sure to sign in at the Money Education Center when you go.
