The Office of the Dean of Student Life sends a notice to all students each fall in collaboration with the Office of Risk, Ethics and Compliance which includes the Federal Student Financial Aid penalties for drug violations while receiving federal aid.

Annually, a Title II report on Texas A&M’s Teacher Preparation Program is submitted to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). The final report is submitted to the Department of Education by TEA and can be found on the title2.ed.gov website.
A notice including a link to this report is emailed annually to students and employees. The Security Report includes Crime Logs, Information for Crime Victims about Disciplinary Hearings, Missing Persons Procedures, Missing Persons Notification Policies, and Timely Warning Policies.
The Student Government Association passes out registration cards in the weeks leading up to registration deadlines. The Student Government Association sends an annual email to all students in conjunction with their existing campaign.
